Hi,

I have applied for a reliance broadband service in Bangalore via RIA BROADBAND services. I waited for approximately 1 month and nothing happened. I called them up multiple times but no reponse. Finally i was able to cancel the coonection one day when they picked up the phone. They said that I will recieve my installation amount in 15 working days but nothing happened. After a month i recived a bill from reliance saying that i haved used their broadband services. I called up the reliance customer care and explained them everyitng but they said that they will not be able to help me. They asked me to call up the RIA Broadband services and clarify with them. I am trying to call them up and inform the same no one picks up the calls. I still recieve bills from reliance and i dont know what to do with them.

Reliance is a cheating company and if you dont want to loose you peace of mind dont go for it.

Reliance broadband services in marathalli area is pathetic . don't go for it . Their customer care, technical dept are useless .. In a month at least 15 days broad band doesn't work,, I got pissed of with that reliance connection
