the capital as u say was made centuries ago......so in a way it can never get planned since there is a lot of difference between that time n now......the mess more gets messed up the infrastructural demands as raw materials ,labour,getting power connection ,water connection....n political dilemas r made by the potiticians who favour one company(who pays bribes) n non favour other(those who do not pay bribes)...the planning factor does play an important role...but seeing other nations who did hv a past n they developed much faster...it seemed a rather marginal cause.........
the fact tht bharti is the best is made by the fact it has got some ppl who work for the interest of the company......but others as reliance thy started off good but due to lack of efficient workers it has fallen at the last....
we indians r better in creating mess but the worst in cleaning it.....
