    Angry Regarding Termination Problem - Reliance Broadnet - Must read

    Dear friendz,

    I have used reliance for 4 months. After that i decided quit from Reliance services. I have raised the termination request on March 06,2008.

    From their end (CCare) they told tat my service will be terminated by 21st March,2008.

    As of now 29th of May,2008 serivce has not yet been terminated.

    Whenever I am calling up to the Customer Care ( Sorry to say this is infinite % not Customer Care) service not yet been terminated. Your service will be terminated As Soon As Possible.

    Even I have got bill for past two months. Regarding this also I've raised the compliant. No use. They are telling that regarding ur bill issue After termination only the amount will adjusted by Last month. So I asked them immediatly when my services will be terminated? I got the answer As Soon As Possible... Still its going on...

    I've spoke to senior persons reg this issue. From their also I'm getting the answer like As Soon As Possible.


    One thing is sure

    If u dont like the Reliance services U just raise request for termination. Because it will take in months (Snail process)


    Can u tell me the Nodal oficers Phone number and E-mail for this issue in Bangalore Circle...? ? ?

    Whats the big deal? Just pay the bill that you think is due. Don't pay what you don't owe.

    Procedure Advice for Termination
    Everyone must do the following:

    a) Write a written application for termination and create two copies.
    b) Hand over the termination request to the service center in person and get a "sign and received stamp" on your copy.
    c) Also make an on-line/phone request.

    This is not just for BB but any other services such telephone, gas, cable TV, DTH, etc.

    After that and as 24akshay said, pay only your dues and refuse to pay anything else. If there are issues file a harrasment complaint in consumer court.

    Excellent what he said is true

    dont pay the bill yaar after the complaint id you no need

    they cant do any thing remove the cable through it out, dont use.

    I am also facing the same problem, now. I am having regular followup with Customer care for the past 15 days, there is no use, and I receive "As soon as Possible". I hope what "just4kix" said may help me out. I fed up with Reliance peoples. - Gandhi

    Reliance is famous for sending fake bills to non customers and then claiming insurance for the same.
