I have recently bought this Netgear Router and configured to BSNL Broadband wtih the help of your site. I also have Reliance Broadband Wimax connection and do not know how to configure. Can anyone help in this matter? Local Reliance help is not up to the task. There callcenter help is just pathetic!!!

Forget it..as reliance wimax does not support PPPoE u wont b able to login thro router. U hv to login thro browser only. All isps like airtel,tata, bsnl provide PPPoe, but not reliance.

Reliance CC is worst than BSNL helpdesk. In BSNL atleast they dont pretend that they know & are candid enough to admit it, plus they charge like their service, where as reliance wants premium (they dont hv ne home plans comparable to BSNL) & dont provide service.

Hi! i have never configured a Netgear WGR614 with Reliance WiMAX but i don't really see a reason that why it cannot be done as there is no limitation that Netgear works only with PPoE connections. I am pretty sure that Netgear WGR614 can be configured with Reliance WiMAX. As you have mentioned that the router is already configured for BSNL connection, to reconfigure the router with your reliance WiMAX connection, you will have to perform the setup again.
