Thread: Reliance....Don' go with it

I am from pune. i have issue regarding my upload speed, facing it almost
since month have to logged several complaints for that finally since 2 weeks they are working on it not able to solve the problem.They are saying everything
is fine at my end and their end also. still can't find out where is the problem.

My Conclusion is that Technically Reliance is Dumb(illiterate) i mean they don't
understand what is WiMax Technology thats why they are able to solve it in 2 weeks.

Fools sitting at the customer care and technical department and the management

There is no proper service available in south india. In reliance customer care also no proper service regarding the functions of[usage] of mobiles.

So.........at last after 2 weeks you have now knowledge that reliance guys are dumb & what not...If u had been to this forum earlier than this knowledge wud hv come much much earlier...... & u wud hv not wasted time & energy after those a$$holes

actually when ever i buy any thing above Rs 1000 i juat search on the net to make sure what i am getting into

i knew reliance was bad before buying so i was all prepared for it
finally disconnected it a month back due to technical problems

sorry for late reply, My issue was with only upload speed . I have been using reliance WiMax since January and it wasn't any problem till June.
Now my problem is solved after 1 month but i have already applied for disconnection. but it was my final decision regarding reliance disconnection.

Once you got in Trouble then reliance is Horrible.

Now i have applied for TataIndicom DSL (no more options)
