Default Broadband Cancelled - Money Not Refuneded

    Hi,
I had applied for a reliance broadband connection around 3 months back through your sales executive (Mr. Deepak Bhat, 9310020062) who approached me for the same at my place (Anchal Jain, House No 96, Sec-22, Gurgaon) . I was reluanctant to had th reliance connection as I already had a connection of other service provider. And, I agreed to take the reliance connection after your sales executive really forced me to take it and said that he will take care of first month bill by himself and I would not need to pay for it.

Unfortunately, my laptop got crashed after 2 days and I talked to sales executive for getting the connection cancelled and on this Mr. Deepak told me that nothing can be done regarding this since my sale has already been posted. After a lot of request, he told me he will confirm on this but he never reverted.

I called Mr. Deepak Bhat more than 10 times for the same cause then he told me he did not find out the same. Then I tried contacting two another executives who had approached me on phone for taking a connection. Then I told them my problem and requested them if they cancel my broadband connection. Both said they have taken my request for cancellation and my money of 500/- which is taken as installation money from me would be refunded back to me within few working days. Whereas, when I had talked to Mr. Deepak about my refund, he always said that the money cannot be refunded. I waited for around 2 weeks everytime after I talked to the executives on phone who took my cancellation request but nothing happened.

After that I again approached to Deepak if he can do something about this but this I talked to him strictly saying he misguided me on the connection cancellation, then he agreed to talk to some person in his department and then will let me know. After several calls to him, he told I would get back my money in 3-4 working days. I have been waiting for my money refund.

I never got my installation started and after that also my connection cancellation has not been done despite puttin my cancellation request so many times with so many executives of your Reliance communication.

Can I expect some action after this mail?

    Regards,
    Anchal

    Default Bad Experience

    Hi,

You seem to have had a bad experience.

I do hope you get your refund back.
My suggestion would be to keep trying. Try to meet their bosses if possible.

My experience with refunds ,.....it will take a few months.
