Default Reliance Wimax Very low speed

    Hi,

My plan was 2MBPS and 4 GB monthly and got installed just 3 days back.
My speed is very very low and pathetic, cannot explain.

I took this connection to access critical production servers through HP VPN, None of my servers are opening through citrix. Even cannot open single website of mine. I checked my side with HP network, they are saying everything is fine and other HP people were able to open these sites with Wireless 115 kbps(hutch mobile and data cards). I was tested my bandwidth with speedtest.net, got only 76 kbps download and 156 kbps upload (its bits only ) and also tested with Reliance Broadband - Speedometer (I know this not the correct measurement), But still at least I should get above 1.5 Mbps, On WIMAX device sh bs is giving 29 and -61 (Feel good signal and
Line of sight), but I am not getting that much bandwidth.

Is any having some idea, Why i am getting very low speed and why HP VPN sites are not working with reliance broadband... Cann't even download 1 MB file also..

    Regards
    Ajay

Ya.. Mine also raise TT 71818591 with customer care, nobody called yet and update was still in progress. For you only 300 kbps plan, but mine 2MBPS plan, i am getting only 90 kbps speed. Even failing downloads also.
