Rep Power: 0  |  LawSuit Against Reliance Story so far: Got my internet connection 2 weeks back. Speed was horrible, google will take hours to open. Left with no other choice to call Customer(Deaf/Dumb) care. 5 Cases were opened so far. All closed with same update, called user and issue resolved, which is False as no one called me. I wanted to cancell my connection and refund will not be given. -I want to sue reliance for the negligence. We need to stop them from fooling people and eat peoples money. _ Advice. How many of you are with me??? |

Normally, you can expect refund of all deposits and advance payments (less actual usage). But you will not be refunded for installation charges, modem charges, service tax, etc.

Rep Power: 0 | 300 Kbps Unlimited I use 300 Kbps unlimited Wireline connection. Will post the case numbers and other details soon. |
