Rep Power: 0  |  Billing woes. i canceled my reliance broadband last month on 24th. they charged me for 1-24th. thats is fine. but they charged me early termination Foreclosure charges . 1500Rs. is there any minimum hiring period something like that ? that sales rep. didnt tell me anything about early termination fees or anything . what should i do ? Thanx |

Rep Power: 5 | Their web site does not say anything on early termination charges. Hence these charges are illegal. Pay the sum owed only (minus the Rs. 1500/-). If they harass you you can file a police complaint and go to consumer court.

Rep Power: 1 | Just chk that what was the minimum commitment period for ur connection....for BSNL itis 3 months. I think this 1500 may b commitment charges...not sure but chk with reliance CC guys !!!!!!!! |

Rep Power: 0 | i have got "Early Termination Foreclosure Charges" as 1500/- bugs... they never told me anything regarding early termination. also now its more almost 9 months for my connection. Does reliance wants to loose customers by hidding and putting such conditions???? If any1 thinking of taking new connecction ... have a check on this fishy conditions.... |

Rep Power: 0 | they called me up for payment few times. but i told them to waived off the 1500 rs. they said they will send on of their representative to collect the modem. i was shocked that they are charging 1500rs for modem. they said its a reliance property. i said when i got the connection your sales representative didnt mention such things. but in the end i said doesnt matter take your modem and waived off 1500rs. i wil pay rest amount. its been almost 2 months nobody hasnt come up to collect the modem.neither any call from them. |

Rep Power: 1 | It is reliance property of course & u hv to return it. Same like TATAs. Dont get ne ideas for modem. Even if 2 months have gone. Wait for another month or so. They will definetly come. They hv everything in their system aloing with the serial no. of modem alloted to u. Its just that their system works like that & they come after 3-4 months. |
