Default Problem even I have static IP

Dear Friend, I am facing lot of problem with reliance broadnet even though I applied and got static IP. Initially with my static IP it worked fine for one month, after that frequently connection is lost and getting limitied or no connectivity. While repairing the connection, some times Vista is saying cannot communicate with DNS, and some times saying problem with broadband router etc.. messages. Can you please provide a solution this..?

Go to LAN properties->Click on configure button-.> Press Advanced Tab->
Under properties you will be getting LINK SPEED/DUPLEX MODE, highlight it and change the speed to 10Mbps/Full Duplex mode and click OK wait for 1 min and see if IP is coming in your LAN

Default Vista + Reliance - Still facing issues

    hi Guys,
I tried all possible ways to fix the problem with Reliance Broadband on my Vista Laptop. I have been using Airtel Broadband for over an year without any issues but recently I shifted to Reliance and problems started. the moment i start my laptop, i am not able to connect to internet. Login page is not accessible and i get "page can not be displayed" message. Whatever default gateway IP i receive, I am not able to ping it either.

I tried disabling antivirus (quick heal), windows defender and windows firewall as well but no luck. The moment I release/renew IP, i am able to access login page and can start browsing. The again, i keep on loosing connection.

I have escalated this with reliance customer care as well but they say that it is the problem with my machine and not their network. This works perfectly on XP machine. There must be something which is not compatible between Vista + Reliance. Please help how to resolve this issue.

    Regards,
    -Y

    One more analysis:
Whenever I start my laptop on "Safe Mode with networking", I am able to go to login page and browsing is working without any issue. Is there any service in Vista which blocks browsing when machine is started on normal mode? I have tried disabling Windows Defender, Antivirus and Firewall. Any suggestions / pointers will be really useful.

    Regards,
