Most of the Indian banks support mobile recharges and bill payments online. I would suggest always sticking with those services instead of opting for third party services. Some of the mobile service providers have also come up with innovative payment options, such as MCheck from Airtel.

Citibank provides its credit card & bank account customers for online recharge. ICICI bank also offers for bank accounts and most other bank are offering same services so why to use other third party services
