    Default Pathetic Reliance not trustable

    My Father is a central govt employee. For the betterment of communication he took reliance as option in 2004 under karlo dunya muthi mein scheme. Reliance took about 500/-per month as rental towards the f nokia 2280 they gave the service. Till 2008, the services were ok when my Father was doing with this plan. The customer was gentle as ever an angel would be.
    Starting the period when he(adviced by a reliance bill boy himself)changed the plan to Rs.124/-the things changed by all means. Now they don even take the pains to send the bills by courier as they did earlier. They never take up the calls at customer care.

    Most worst experience was yesterday,when his phone he says is disconnected. He says he gets a crossed mobile made on the screen of his LG and he cant see the date or anything while the phone is on. Noone can make calls or he too cant.

    Can you guys guess the reason?
    Reliance cuts his connection cause "WHAT S THE REASON THAT YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH OUR SERVICES? WHY IS YOUR USAGE SO LOW?"

    i dont have any words to describe this. A cheap thing from Reliances side.

    I switched recently to Reliance CDMA primarily for its 770/- UL plan. In this plan i can call any reliance mobile within the country for free. My experience with them was a very pleasant one. All the issues faced by me were resolved within two hours. I mean this is one of the fastest i have come across with any service provider in India. I have been with Vodafone, BSNL, Airtel since 2002 yet noone have ever solved my complaints within 2 hours.

    I guess the service differs in between the states

    But wat do you say about the reason they sent by sms?

    Had i been on your place, i would have contacted the appellate authority and finally the nodal officer and ensured such behavior is not repeated again in the future.

    I have been a Reliance CDMA post-paid customer since the launch of their service in 2003. I have 3 connections at 3 different parts of India. I earlier had the Pioneer Plan (DAPO) and later shifted to other plan. They are primarily used for STD purposes to stay connected with other members of my family and also for my official requirements.

    I have registered with their online billing system at Reliance Communications. and check, download and pay my bills from there itself.
    Till date I had only one major billing issue (sometime in 2005) which was sorted out amicably.

    In fact in case of other mobiles (GSM) in my house, I was forced to shift to Pre-paid due to billing issues.

    Neither the Apellate nor the nodal officers picking up their phones.

    does this plan means u can make unlimited calls to any reliance ph in the country??
