Default R-CDMA launches their first LG USB modem

Reliance CDMA has launched LG LXU-800, a USB wireless modem for CDMA 2000 1x connectivity.
This is possibly the first CDMA USB modem from LG in India and can run on Windows2000, XP, Vista32/64bits, Linux & MAC OS.

It is also voice enabled and supports 3-way-calling / Call Waiting with Call Hold / Call Forwarding (in post paid), Called ID Display(on PC)
The Voice software included has Phonebook facility also (in PC)

Technical Specificaltions
Baseband Chipset : MSM 6025
Flash Memory : 32 MB.
SRAM : 16 MB.
Max Data Speed : 153.6 kbps

There is no change in the pricing policy and the new modem would also have the same price as existing USB modems from Reliance.

All USB modems are currently priced at Rs.2490 by Reliance

I received an offer for Rs.2090 along with my last month Bill. But it was a special offer for existing postpaid customers only.

Hi do you know where to find the software to install the lg lxu800 under ubuntu studio? It cannot read my setup.exe on the install disk. So maybe you know where to find appropriate software. THanks Dev.
