Default Reliance Mobile introduces tariff plan for GSM prepaid customers

    Bhopal, June 5:

Reliance Communications, the Number 1 mobile operator of MPCG has introduced a new tariff plan for its GSM prepaid customers under which for only Rs 45 per month they can make calls anywhere in India for just Rs 0.50.
The tariff voucher is available for Rs 16 with a validity of 60 days, said Santanu Chakrabarty, Regional Head, MP, CG and Orissa circles, Reliance Communications. Once the voucher is activated Rs 1.50 per day will be deducted from the core balance of the customers, which comes to Rs 45 over a month. Under the plan for the first minute the calls will be charged at the arte of Rs 1 for local calls and Rs 1.50 for STD calls. However, from the second minute onwards the call rate will be only Rs 0.50 for any call anywhere in India. This is the best tariff plan available in MP for Reliance GM prepaid customers, he added.

This type of rate plans are very popular in US/Europe, especially on pre-paid.

@nandini, you should call Reliance CC for accurate info.

1.) Recharge of Rs. 39 is known as STV (Special Tariff Voucher) not Top-Up.
2.) After recharge of rs.39 STV the tariff is

local call to any mobile/landline At 0.50 paisa/min.*
Std call to any mobile/landline At 0.50 paisa/min.*

    * First minute of local call get charged Rs.1 (for every call)
    * First minute of Std call get charged Rs.1.50 (for every call)
from second minute charge will be 0.50 paisa/minute for both Local & Std.

Validity of this voucher is only 30 days.
