    Default Reliance Connectivity

Seeing the new offer from Reliance (50 paise per call, Simply Reliance) I am thinking of getting a new Reliance connection, but would like to know what the connectivity is like.

Does it have good reception even in the worst area's or when going in basements and in rural areas?

Please can some provide some information who have used a Reliance mobile connection.

    Hi

I just got Reliance, hoping it is going to be good as they advertise so much about them as no1 service provider but all is false.

DAMN, they have the worst network in India, even i can get full network of Tata Docomo all over Mumbai, and with Reliance i get full signal in 1 room and 0 signal just few steps away from room.

Its not only with my house, but same thing in other areas, signal low or complete 0 in many areas in Mumbai, were Docomo, Vodafone, Airtel etc etc signal are full.

It really sucks, i am fed up of Reliance now, so gonna not use it.

Buy Docomo, it has very good network and also v good plans.

I took Reliance GSM in delhi thinking they have better plans for sms as i have a CDMA connection at home. But the plans are good but the reception is too bas. It doesn't works at my home all other connections work fine. So i have to switch off my reliance GSM for now. Hope to see better conectivity just like the CDMA in near future,

The signal quality of reliance is really poor
So this statement of GSM/Cdma doesn't matters all that matters is what the signal quality they provide

    Reliance connectivity is really poor
    But not in all states

not for all states... Reliance may not be present everywhere.. but wherever it is present i saw that voice clarity is winning point for them..

Don't trust reliance that much specially in mobiles due their cheap rates every tom dick and harry is on Reliance mobile! thus choking down network, if connectivity is you concern then choose Airtel or Vodafone.

It is quite bad in Pune also. I get zero coverage in some places in my house and wild fluctuations in other places. Voice clarity can be really bad even where the coverage is ok. All other operators I'v seen have good coverage at my place.

Also, it drains out your battery double fast.

Thats about their GSM. Reliance CDMA has much better coverage.

Not in Pune/Maharashtra at least. Airtel is worse when it comes to connectivity. Whats more they are the biggest swindlers.

Reliance has got connectivity in cdma but they really lack in gsm and also the connectivity differs from area to area,so saying that reliance is poor in all states is not true!

Thumbs down Even Virgin is Better Than Reliance!!

Connectivity is the worst part of the Reliance Network !!! See my other posts on Reliance! Don't fall in this well! They offer cheap plans but they will cut atleast 30 Rs. a month by activating some service and atleast 30 more without reason!!
