Talking Reliance’s ultra cheap (Rs. 480) mobile phone – packed with Internet

Competition might term it as predatory pricing, but Reliance is all set to launch the cheapest mobile+Interenet phone priced @ Rs. 480.Reliance will target the 600 million rural population and targets to sell around 1 million pieces a year in the rural and semi-urban areas.Reliance changed the telecom landscape in 2003 with it’s cdma launch and is also planning to repeat the history with it’s GSM launch.

What’s really important about the handset launch is
    1. Increasing usage of mobile internet : As per TRAI’s numbers mobile internet users are 14 times more than the broadband users.

2.Opportunity in rural VAS : this is an untapped area and companies like Reuters have already started rolling out services like up-to-date, local and customized commodity pricing information, news and weather updates etc.

What do you think about it???

Patanahi yaar yeh reliance waale kaise duniya k logon ko apni "mutthi" mein kar lete hain.
My Father is a fan of his reliance connection. I told him about new plans which are good enough with tata (postpaid cdma quality as he demands). But he likes only and only reliance. He has some quick points for this.
Reliance network is good(true)voice clarity is good. But still reliance lacks network in major hills of our state.
Better plans(thats what he says)but i feel they are looting.
Bills comes at your home and bill boys takes away billing amount from our house itself.(past one year neither the bill approaches in time nor the boys come to recieve payments. I have to fill in his money in their office )
    Good callertunes(JAY GANESHDEVA) no comments
his last quote on this was that this number is with everyone of his contacts.
So these were excuses for having a looter company's phone connection. He wont demand more than this from reliance. They have just captured him in their so called "mutthi" mein.

And yes i forgot one last point. He has a soft corner for the "Mother's boy" the smaller of Ambani siblings Anil Ambani.
Ab in purane khayalon walon ko kaun samjhaye. Jahan unki khushi wahan hamari jannat hamara waqar.
Site from home gaya bhad mein... AIrtel se bolo FUP band kare.. BSNl se bolo 3G signal do!!!!>: (
