Thread: help regarding Blackberry curve 8520 and reliance GSM prepaid

can someone pls tell me how to use the reliance GSm service for blackberry curve 8520 on a prepaid card.Currently i have the default internet plan and am unable to setup my email.On line activation of my email is not possible coz of some error message telling me that i have not been registered with the service provider.the call center or reliance world are not very helpful.pls guide me in this regard.

default data plans dont work for blackberry email, u need to go for blackberry specific plan. reliance gsm doesnt offer these plans for prepaid, only post paid

my activated servics show voice mobile active ,but blackberry internet service and enterprise server inactive.are there separate plans for the email setup and browsing internet on wap browser?

i suggest you to switch to aritel or vodafone prepaid.
they ahve pretty neat BIS plans...
