Can any in this forum who is also suffering from poor service, worst behavioral of Reliance communication Post Paid Customer Care. if yes please do suggest me how to treat them.
Sorry I have not introduce myself. My name is Hemant Panchratan, staying and working in Pune with IT company as Analyst.
Since last 6 month, since the time i got engaged i have started using reliance pre paid then latter on shifted to post paid as they are charging me unnecessarily.
I have raised my voice to their customer care executive regarding this unnecessary charged and my major problem is no network at my home. they are continuously making me fool by giving excuses, even some time they have closed the complaint with resolving it.
My last bill amount of sept month is 1099 of amount, how ever i m using unlimited plan for rel to ril free. they have charged me 450 rs for R world usage. i asked them how can i use if my mobile Nokia 5100 doesnt have any feature of internet connectivity.
I ask every one in this forum is this the way they are charging is right. or i need to go to consumer forum or lodge a file against mental torturing.
They are threatening me on call when i asked to discussed this with Laxmikant the executive from Reliance on 19 oct. and my call reference no is 189450643.
