Thread: Plan Change Possibility

Hi,

I am considering Reliance Netconnect Broadband+. Can I change the plan as and when I wish? For example, if I take Broadband+ 1 GB Plan (Monthly Tariff Rs. 650), can I opt for Broadband+ 10GB at Night (Monthly Tariff Rs. 499) later on?

Are all the plans post-paid or is there any pre-paid option also? If so, can I change from pre-paid to post-paid and vice-versa?

How long does the device remain active, if I stop using it for, suppose, 3 months? Can I use the same device later on, without paying any re-activation charge?

Yes you can change the plans later on. infact you can change any plan any time, after your next billing cycle. also all the plans are post paid, i dont think any plan is prepaid. for more you can call their customer care..

they have an offer where you get the datacard free when subscribing for a prepaid plan

You can change the plans in daily basis also (yes u can call customer care for changing the plan immediately,it will change within 24 hours.If u want to change tomorrow another plan it will be changed after another 24 hours also all usages pro rata rent basis
