    the reliance has the slowest speed and connection stability in term of data cards . i had reliance data card . the speed use to come barely around 7 kbs for direct download . the browsing speed was horrible.. connection use to gt disconnected now and them. i had so much pain in to just upload photos on orkut .... it will say uploading and then upload failed. go for bsnl evdo check for the network availability . my brother is using . says speed is good

    Default Quick Performance but poor customer service

    Faster speeds..... but statistics about volume of usage on their website are unworthy!

    NetInfoUIExPlugin is disbaled. It can be enabled by changing Reliance Netconnect\config\PluginsConfig.xml

    Uncomment line 57

    i.e. Change line from '<!--item name="NetInfoUIExPlugin" clsid="AC7C3BF8-40C1-4b39-8B67-32F85E6B2E6F"/-->' to

    '<item name="NetInfoUIExPlugin" clsid="AC7C3BF8-40C1-4b39-8B67-32F85E6B2E6F"/>'

    Quit application and restart. The application will have a new tab now that will show all records.

    I have a reliance netconnect broadband plus usb modem and I am getting pretty good stable and fast speeds ever since I got it.

    It all depends on where you access it from ... Check if people around you are using it and if they get good coverage and speeds you will too.

    Its a local thing about performance.

    Default Yes it actually depends on where are you at

    No wonder I expected such criticism from Anti-Relaince fans. Always they go whine about TATA and BSNL who aren't actually front-runners here. Trust me, every ISP's has thier own good's and bad's. I have been using Reliance Netconnect USB modem for about 3 months now. I don't have any issues with the bill nor any complaints regarding the speed. The speed is very reasonable. Theoretically, my maximum download link speed is 387.5 KB\s. Reliance promised me only a download link of speed over 2.4Mb/s for some reason. But when I took few bandwidth tests I was awestruck it was over 2.8Mb/s. I usually download contents at an average speed of 310-340 KB\s - that's when I realized that Reliance delivering me more than it promised.In Reliance it takes 40-45 mins to download the same 700 MB file. In many worst cases it "only" takes 15 mins more - which isn't actually a big issue.

    But using Reliance Net Connect off the city limits can reasonably reduce the speed by 20% or so - which I found it lately. As Admin said "it acctually depends on where are you at." I am from Coimbatore and I always get maximum coverage.:thumbup1:

    Yes, I have used TATA the speed was good but not good as in Reliance - the problem with TATA was that every month I got my bills at a staggering rate of Rs.3500.sama: Although I haven't done anything much to reach that rates. I knew, if I am going to produce bills at these rates I am sure my parents would go bankrupt at one point which is why I withdrew TATA services for all the good reasons.

    Go for Reliance:thumbup1:

    But i think tata’s Photon+ has the time based usage plan so you can track it as to how much you have used so far.But in Reliance this facility is not there ..it is all Memory based only ..so if you are doing any voice chatting kind of thing you are nevr sure as to how much allocated memory u have consumed..
