Thread: Reliance NetConnect Broaband is horribly slow

I have been using Reliance Netconnect Broadband for a month now and the connection speed is very slow and very difficult to connect as sometimes the modem is not detected and I have to re-load the software everytime. I have complained to the customer service also but it is all on deaf ears. At least through this forum I want the customer service to attend to my complaints. The speed is around 0 to 50 kpbs and there is frequent disconnections. It is very frustrating as I cannot get the value for the money I paid.

I am also having the same problem with my reliance broadband almost exactly as you describe it, I have not tried NFS. It has been this way ever since I upgraded. I have also noticed that ssh logins take much longer to respond also since upgrading.
