Thread: Reliance Netconnect + is not fucntional in Faridabad as claimed by the company

I brought a new modem EC 1260 on the 18th sep 2009 and since that day it has not worked at my place in HSD mode as that is the mode for broadband+ speed. :36:
i have difficulty connecting it and have been complaining almost daily to them since that date and all that i get is it is in resolving status.
I have been to the webworld nearby in my area they say their HSD is also not working and they are only able to connect in 1x mode.:32:
So as such this is not fully fucntional as claimed by Reliance on their website.
If any of you are not satisfied pls join here so we can make a representation and atleast return the modem which is of no use.:53:

pls mention the particular area in Faridabad where u were unable to use HSD mode and which reliance outlet you visited as it will be more helpful for others.
BTW thanks, now i will not make the mistake of upgrading my datacard
