TATA and BSNL are also now on EVDO Rev.A, there are some towers of reliance, tata and bsnl that are still on rev0.

Until a month back i never got more than 160 kbps upload speed on my reliance, now i am getting around 600kbps upload speed on my reliance. looks like reliance is upgraded the tower in our location

Same thing i observed on tata connection also .coming to BSNL sold ZTE cards which are only rev0 capable, even though network is upgraded to revA, speeds still remain on Rev0. BSNL has evdo based routers now in stock that are revA capable, but no sign of USB cards that can get revA
