Thread: Reliance NetConnect bill come before month complition

Hi Guys.
i am malaya, from Aundh, Pune.
i have taken the Reliance net connect and activated it on 27th November 2009.
and today is 8th December 2009. its been just 11 days that i have been surfing net.
the bill is from 27-11-09 to 04-12-2009.
my plan is 3GB day + 10GB Night, price is 1049 and with discount of 200 monthly it would be 849.

and today i got a bill of Rs 250 . and its due date is 23rd December. but my monthly bill should come after 27th dec.

now what to do... is it a regular procedure or i have to pay the bill.
i couldnt even guess why the bill has come so quickly.
is there anybody who faced the same problem??
please provide me a solution..

here malaya is again.
My bill problem has been sorted out and it solved.

i called to customer care and they told me that to adjust my billing cycle(which will start form 5th of the month), they created this bill to me. which is from 27th nov to 4th dec. i quite convinced with their explanation. and paid the bill today.
