Question Can anyone of you members help me?

    Hello forum members,
I want to ask some questions to you people.
One of my friend is going to buy Reliance USB Netconnect, but it's a dial-up connection. The Webworld people told him that it will give him 159kbps speed. Now, my Q is that wheather my friend should buy it or not on the whole? I want to know it because i never used any USB device for internet. I am using BSNL Broadband, so i don't have any experience or knowledge about NetConnect USB device. Also i want to know wheather this device will give the speed as promised. Is this speed enough for browsing and basic downloading? And, overall, is Reliance trustworthy in the matter of dial-up USB device?
Please answer these Q's of mine so that i can help my friend. Also, if you people know, is there any other service provider other than Reliance which can give more speed and reliability?
I'll be thankful to you people for this generous help.

    Thank you!!!!

    Hi

Dial-up connection is not reliable.even if ur friend is a beginner, he will become average user in some days and he will feel unreliable.

So better get a broadband connection.

    BSNL is good.
first he can use Home Starter 250 plan in which u can there is 1GB Download And Upload Limit(RS 0.80/MB after u cross 1GB),Rs 250 monthly bill, speed is upto 2Mbps.

After some time if he feels unreliable with download and upload limit then there are many better plans from BSNL like Home 500 and UL750.
