Thread: Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ Data Card

Hi everyone! I am new member of this site.
I purchased Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ Data Card recently.
When i am connecting net through it i am getting exception.
My sound card also missing after disconnect.
I am windows XP SP 2.After restart PC it gets connect again but after some time disconnect and window exception comes.
Please guide me how can i overcome this problem.

Looks like a driver issue to me.

Are you using hybrid mode? if not go to settings and change connection mode to hybrid. If that doesnt make any difference then I suggest you uninstall the dialer and reinstall the whole thing again from the CD Reliance must have supplied to you.

I dont know abut the sound card will leave that bit to the experts here

I am using hybrid mode.
And also installed 2-3 times i am getting always issue.
First time i used CD for installation.Then Vendor told me no need of CD you can install only by Card only.
I checked it giving same error.
My sound ger missed after disconnect.
Please suggest me.

Can u let me know, r u still facing the problem with the frequent disconnection.

Errors occur while working in the datacards Generic host.exe error and svc host.exe.

All u need is to install the serive pack 3.

Now u can work happily.
