Thread: Upload---Help me.

I am using Reliance broadband plus. Now I face a problem. When I am not surfing just connect to to the intrenet then somthing upload from my pc.

I can not find why something upload from my pc.

Please help me.

Install a good firewall on your computer. zonealarm recommended. It will show you which program is accessing internet. I has option to block the particular process from accessing internet. To monitor background downloads, you can use Bitmeter. It has a very good graphical interface.
