Hello
I have a Reliance Netconnect Broadband+ Wireless USB Modem from ZTE with model number somewhat like 27.... I Have an issue that I want to connect my mobile phone to internet and I don't have an internet connection except this USB data card.I would like to know is there any procedure or steps to make the USB card transmit signals as a wifi modem and act as an access point??

Yes, if you are using Windows 7 Home or above, you can use " Connectify ". If you install Connectify in you laptop, you can make it work as a hot spot. If you intend to use it on a desktop, you need to buy a wifi USB adapter (costs around Rs. 1,000).

You can use the USB card to connect to Internet.

Also need a wireless LAN card in your laptop or desktop.

If your OS is Windows 7 an application called
"Connectify" may allow wifi access to your phone/other laptops..
Search in Google.

Is is Phone line based ? Any Adsl modem issued ?
same conditions as above WLAN card/Windows 7/ Connectify.

Actually I have windows xp 32 bit installed....is there any other software or way to make it work?
Also I have USB Stick Modem ...there is no phone line or anything and I use a Laptop with a WLAN card installed..

So is it possible?

Not possible. to use Phone in wifi mode with the above.
Better to change over to some other Landline based ISP
( not Reliance/)
