i recently bought a new reliance netconnect broadband plus unlimited data p[lan with device , executive promised me speed of 1.5 mbps speed upto 10 GB , and 300kbps after 10 GB usage ,

But i got speed which never crossed 256 kbps , so i called executive , he said i cannot do anything because whatever we say is what the company people said during training , so he gave me customer care number.

I called their customer care , they are shockingly rude and abusive and they said , what you are getting is very good speed and you should be happy about what you are getting and 3.1 mbps what we mention is only the maximum speed and we can guarantee you minimum speed of 144 kbps ,

I cancelled my connection ...

So beware of reliance netconnect broadband plus unlimited plan ....
it is better to ask for demo .....

I absolutely agree with poor connectivity of relience ZTE & Broad band.They always cheat customers/I am facing same problem.

Once you buy the modem you can not cancel. So be carteful about relience.

When I wanted to buy Reliance Netconnect I went to their shop and asked the details of the speed, Cost, coverage, etc. They explained very well so i decided to buy.

The next day I went to that shop with money to buy it. But, before buying i asked the sales executive to show me demo. He showed me and asked me to use it. First I typed speedtest.net and it took more than 2 min to load the page and next I typed youtube.com... 45 seconds video.. Waited for some time but it Didn't even finished buffering still I said thanks to him and left the shop... It's in the middle of the city...

Luckily I asked for demo....

i have seen so many people complaining about internet service providers , we can cancel the connection but we will loose money in term of device cost and activation cost , and we loose money for mistakes of those bloody ISPs ,

Is it possible to do something , like some compaign or protest in front of their head office or regional head ofice with help of some media , egypt changed their president , cant we change the attitude of some private company , we have to protest and teach a lesson ... please share some thoughts for this....

File a complaint in LOCAL DISTRICT consumer court & ensure that you follow up to the conclusion & don't fear at all, courts are very helpful, I have been there many times now.

There is a online forum too where you can post the complaints & that deters the other users from buying their useless products.

never buy any product without a demo to your satisfaction, taht,s your right as consumer but if you don't exercise then you are to be blamed.

I did not need it so I later told them to convert into pre paid, but it was not done later I wast told to pay rent and again I was told to pay more money but they failed to give me service at all. My payment does not reflect in their statement which was paid by bank they asked for my statement later they tellme that Yes it is paid later again it is nto reflecting in their statement even after two months paying 2000 rupees I have not got anyservice.

THey do not have any shame to cheet customer and fleece money they have some professional contracted agencies to do this job for them, he said i cannot do anything because whatever we say is what the company people said during training , so he gave me customer care number.

it is better to take prepaid so that you can get rid of them without pain.
I called their customer care ,Now even getting rid of reliance is a pain in the neck. THey told me ot go to a reliance shop even after 24 hours it is not done.
... So never never ever purchase their post oaid connection.

It is the same even with their mobile service their Accounts needs to be audited by external or Comptroler and Auditor General Agency for getting the truth of their mismanagement
