Thread: HELP!!! Reliance CHEATconnect Broadband"-"

Hi All!!!

Hear my painful story n if u hv any suggestions plz help.

I went 2 a Reliance Webworld for enquiry about Broadband+ plans & they suggested me a plan of Rs.500 & 3Gb data usage with ensured 3.1mbps speed in Pune.

I purchased it & went home hoping now i can video call via skype with my family but to my horror i got max Download speed upto 14kBps(via IDM) & Upload was max 3kBps. My GPRS enables phone gives better speeds than this.

I decided 2 goto webworld again 2 report this but was busy in work so i stopped using it thereafter.

Next month i got my bill of Rs990, i collapsed. I went that webworld & he told me Sir u agrred for Rs990 per month plan. I replied i didnt but they still said the same. I complained about them to a senior & he assured me a waiver & asked 2 pay just Rs500.

Next month they disconnected my datacard telling i had not paid my previous bill & again i got Rs990 bill. I went there again & again they blamed me of high data usage but i had hardly used under 1Gb data. Again they assured me a waiver.

Now they have changed the plan but still the download & upload speeds r tooooo low. I get full Broadband + network then too.

Plz someone help

Practically, the speed won't cross 1Mbps (unless you surf at night when others won't browse). On average I get only 256kbps (ie 64kBps) or less. Video calls will most likely fail, unless someone is lucky. It is better to surrender your device and look for the alternatives.

i also have tata phaton and bsnl which works fine

lol for me speed wont even cross over 3kb cant even open gooogle

use reliance 3g hacked ... givin higher speeds with no costs

plzz guide on how to
i wann make ambani the piece of **** pay for it

m not able 2 post here bcoz reliance people wash everything used by us u knoe what i mean
