I purchased Reliance Netconnect+ and signed up for the 'upto 352 kbps 10 GB day, 15GB night Plan' which gave me a 828 Rs bill every month.I was very satisfied with the internet speeds which varied around 2 to 3 MBPs.
Recently i shifted to Ameerpet, Hyderabad which is very crowded place. Suddenly my Internet speeds dropped down and I was getting a low speeds of 144KBPs to 600KBPs.I checked the signal strength which is pretty good. I changed the network types but no effect. I was very disappointed with the speeds and 800 bucks spending out of my pocket for the worst speeds.

I called up the customer care and they said the problem is due to multiple users. And they suggested me a new plan of 3MPBps up to 5GB, remaining 144KBPS. And they said this plan costs the same as my old plan.

I am not sure if any one had face the same problem. I don't have an idea about how the bandwidth is shared to Net connect devices.Do the Net-connect internet shares the bandwidth? Is it better to stop using the Net-connect or opt for the second plan the customer care suggested?
