Hi I have reliance net connect Broadband Plus connection Via Data card. The connection seems to be good couple of yrs back. Earlier i was on postpaid and recently i moved into Prepaid looking into lucrative part of Tariffs. And of now the following is the problems faced by me.

The connection was said to be off 3.1 Mbps and actually i get speed of 0.04 and 0.07 / 1 and 2 Mbps for upload and download. I have complained the same to reliance customer care. They informed me that the area, wherein ii live does not have proper connectivity and it would be repaired to have good speed by October 31st, 2011. The things promised by them did not happen. When i did call them in November 1st week they said, the same deadline is extended to 30th November 2011. Even today the speed is same and i have purchased 18 GB bundle for Rs 3000/-. I have wasted by time and money on this irresponsible idiots. Apart from above problem, i have frequent disconnection problem. I have not enjoyed the speed for what i have paid for. I have become reckless to follow this Reliance customer care.

Pls suggest what to do. Shall i lodge a suit against them.
