But the problem is none of the ISPs in India provide 100% of the bandwidth assured

Hence i had posted so. I am also using Reliance Broadnet, hence i have experienced the QOS of Reliance

i have posted with pics and various speed tests before also .. i get more than the assured speed from TATA ..

Well i have seen people complaining of low speeds in TI too. The QOS depends upon the area. And u very well know that QOS varies between streets in the case of Indian ISPs..
