Exclamation Fraud WiMax Service from Reliace

    Hello Forum,

    Customer No : 13000011844854

    SO No: OMBB200809182993941

I have applied for Reliance Wimax connection on 16th of Sep will all the documentation including check amunt of Rs.562 and my money also been transferred to Reliance account. I was told by channel partner that i'll given connection within 15 days, however till date I have not received single call from Reliance or from your channel partner although I called many times to Reliance and distributor and no action has been taken. I’m surprised to see how people are so irresponsible for their won business.

I feel like this is kind of fraud business and spoiling the Reliance name, this not the way to make the business, if you can’t service the customer they should atleast return the money back to customer, I don’t know why the hell Reliance is creating trouble to customer, thinking that customer cant do anything?

For me money is not the matter, I more concern about the response from you Reliance, and i personally never seen any such worst operator like Relaince. Now i went ahead with Tata for WiMax connection.

I heard that registrations were closed in Bombay a few weeks ago...

And I sincerely feel sorry for you. I'd be tempted to blame this on the 3rd party agents who arrange the installtions and stuff, but then again, I don't know the situation.
