Default reliance deliberately configuring wi-max 400kbps unlimited plan wrongly in mumbai

last month i migrated from 300 kbps unlimited plan to 400 kbps unlimited plan but to my supprise i was still getting the speed of my earlier plan i.e 300 kbps(36 to 37 kbps).on the login website when i checked my plan to confirm if the plan had been changed, it did not show me any plan whereas earlier it use to show me 300 kbps plan.so i called the customer service and asked them if the plan had changed.they confirmed that the plan had changed to 400kbps unlimited and for the speed problem they took a slow speed complaint.after two days a field engineer came to my place and said all the parameters are correct(downlink frequency 21 and uplink frequency 23) and that the plan was not configured correctly by the reliance network engineer.

so to confirm that i again migrated from the wrongly configured 400kbps plan to 600kbps unlimited plan and this time the plan was configured correctly i got speed of 600kbps(72 to 73 kbps) and the login website also showed my plan as 600kbps.then i again migrated to 400kbps plan and again the same problem started i started getting speeds of 300kbps plan(36 to 37 kbps).after that i made repeated complaints but still the problem has not been solved so last week i finally migrated to my earlier plan of 300 kbps.moreover when i migrated to 600kbps plan and now back to 300 kbps plan i get phone calls from reliance to tell me that the plan has changed but the call does not come when i migrate to 400kbps plan.this brings me to the conclusion that reliance is deliberately configuring the plan wrongly for some unknown reasons.

Yeh I know waht you mean. Same situation here. I've resigned to using the 300kbps bandwidth. Too busy with exams now to bother riding their asses to get it fixed. The alst 3 months that i've tried made no difference.
