    Hi All,

    I find this forum very nice to share our experience

    Here's My Review on RELIANCE WIMAX at HYD'BAD.

    At the Start....

    day 1. I've called an marketing executive of reliance, filled up form.. done !

    i've made a call each day to know the status...

    day 4 evening 4:30 PM . Reliance Was Setup And Ready

    day 4 night 10:53. Watz The H3LL., ??????????? I can't work on this !!!!!!!!!
    They hav Dynamic ip but based on DHCP servers ( technically., i can't do my work on this type of connection )

    day 5 morning 1:18 AM. Called up reliance customer and asked info.. they themself don't have enough knowledge in it... i had to explain all..

    day 5 evening 9:40 PM : called R Care and asked to terminate... after a long conversation ( around 20-30 minz ) they accepted to terminate.

    day 7 morning 2:10 AM : asked abt the status... they said "under process"

    day 9 evening 8:35 PM : asked abt status .... they said.... request marked as urgent

    day 13 morning 10:53 AM : i shouted on R Care.... i want to terminate at the earliest...

    day 18 .... representative came..... and took off the instrument....


    SnapShots of my review

    Installation : 7/10 ( Got it Quicker ! )
    I'net Speed : 10/10 ( i opted for 600kbps.... i got 1.5 + Mbps lol )
    R Cust. Care : 8.9/10 ( I alwayz got connected to them in just 30 seconds )
    Termination : 6/10 ( days were like weeks for me )

    I've terminated for some technical specifications.... if u want just for entertainment and fun.... then u can go this connection....

    My Overall Rating for this would be 7/10.

    took a long time to compose this message... replies would feel me HAPPY

    Its like 1 and half months since i have applied for relaince conn , and still no reply frm there .They keep on saying we will sen sum1 to ur place , but this person never comes .

    You must be luckiest relaince wimax users considering u got it set-up in just 4 days

    may b I am.... hehe... but if u're in hyd'bad... i can giv u the number of R Comm. representative... he does it very fastly..... within week !

    reliance did not had subscriber station in stock since last 1-1.5 months hence the delay. but now they have in stock. so u can expect connection soon....do some rigorous follow up with ur vendor.
