Default Reliance Wimax Billing Woe/Harassment

Hi everyone,
Iam a victim of reliance Wimax service. I got my Wimax
services (900 UL) 4 months back and after couple of days it stopped working.I kept calling CC,but always got a response saying that my information is not updated in their database and so they couldn't take up my complaint.Also they promised me that they have escalated my problem to the technical team and somebody should call me within 72hrs..But 72 hrs is eternal and I didn't got any calls from them even once.

I kept calling them for couple of months ,but got the same reply.I never got my bills for that period too. So I was left with no options since I was not able to raise a request for disconnection. Suddenly one fine day last week , I got a shock. They sent me 4 months accumulated bill of 3000/- Rs . But my bandwidth for all the four months were zero. I clearly told them , that Iam not going to pay the bill, but the billing guys keep calling me and harassing me to pay the bill. My waiver request was rejected too..These bunch of morons adviced me , that I should have raised a complaint immediately after my connection went bust. But they don't understand that it was a problem with their own messy system due to which I could .

My service got suspended (Iam happy for that !!) , but they said they would keep billing me till I clear my current bill and my connection is reactivated. Only then it seems I could raise a disconnection request.Iam in a absolute state of denial and emotional pain. It's like giving 3000 odd rupees of my hard earned money for free..

Please advice me what should I do to get out of this mess ?
