Angry Don't take Reliance Wimax it sucks

hi every one,

Some suggest me how may hours does to take to release the line(activate) even if the bill is paid.

72 hrs. my God this is the answer from Reliance customer care.

i mean no internet connection for 3 complete days.

the same thing takes 10 minutes in airtel, Tataindicom.

The connection is slow, if i call one answer

Sorry for inconvience, all our networks have been updates throuth india pls coperate it almost for one week.

Customer care of Reliance is bad that. every time u call same answer.

They have to learn big leasoon from Airtel and Tataindicom.

i dont agree with u , i also have a reliance wi max connection there have been no issues whatsoever. I called the customer care to check on the internet issues, i was told that they are doing upgrades. I was still not able to connect, i made a call and next morning i recd a call for a house vist to check on the issue.

Afer the upgrades all is working fine. Reliance Wimax is WOW service.

This must have happened bcoz u must have paid by cheque. As it takes 72 hours to clear the chq. If u had paid in cash they do it in 4-5 hours. Reliance CC is bad...everybody knows that...their role play is mostly to generate a faulty or trouble ticket. I suggest u take the ticket & than call ur local reliance office. Get this no. from ur dealer as CC wont provide that. This is the best way to get ur problem resolved fast...has worked for me number of times..

yup man..
i agree Wimax rocks...
CC is a lil problems as they are not aware of this new technology.
What i have done is taken down the number of local ril technician who helps me always irrespective of fact that i log a complaint or not
