hi all,
i want to know if reliance wi max is reliable.Is there anyone using wi max in andheri east mahakali caves road?.If so plz lemme know bout their service...as in how the internet works....does it give any problems.....do they provide the promised bandwidth.

Simply awesome.
about speeds they do give commited speed infact a lil more than that (10-15kbps)
whenever there was any problems customer care gave me right resolution and if problem continues they would give me exac t date and time when issue will be resolved.
Still for you i must say that speed will depend on signal strength at your place, and as u r in mumbai dont worry abt customer service , its awesome..
I m using 999 plan n rocking till date.

Which One to Go for -

Reliance Wimax or Tata Wimax at Veera Desai Road,Andher(west)

By this time you must have already gone for one / other ISP. However just to announce that I am using Reliance WiMax in Andheri (E)- Mahakali Caves Road area for the almost 10 months now and it's just rocking. I am flat 400 kbps unlimited plan and never had a tech issue till date (fingers crossed)

wimax gives very nice speed but costly

i would suggest you go for it.. it's worth it..
