Usually the agents screw it all up in the name of sales and forget the word service that comes with it. Had the same issue like this gentlemen above me, but once the connection was installed, there was no hassle. The connection worked like a charm even with my linksys g2 router and no outage since the time of connection (oct 07). There was never a time that the reliance guys capped my connection. No issues with billing either. Dont know about their tech support but wouldn't expect much since majority of the good workforce is always outsourced to international ISP.
