Default Beware of Reliance Wimax in Delhi

This is to inform you that the Reliance wimax is offering worst services in Delhi. I had subscribed for 2 MBPS plan but the download speed was only 20 KBPS, when i shift to 128 KBPS plan the speed was 10-12 KBPS.

Do you know for a month with maximum download speed of 18-20 KBPS they have charged me Rs 3000/ of which there was 2.5 GB data free [pro rata basis]

if you keep complaining about the services at Customer care you will be shocked to know that they will be closed with even confirming from you

so the speed is slow and billing is fast and there is no support

Some of the members from Delhi have reported that the WiMax service from Reliance is good. U may search about and find the relevant forums.

The 3000/- was charged because u exceeded the limit? Or even without exceeding the limit they charged u kya?

can you please let me know, if you can download 6 GB in a month at the speed of 18-20 KBPS when your connection keeps breaking frequently and with 4-5 days down time... You are a true lover of Reliance

    Lover of Reliance broadband? Great!!

I am into praises for their mobile services. But broadband sucks. I am using a Broadnet connection too at home and the link hardly stays up. Now u may blame it on the line quality/quantity. But the DSLAM is in the opposite complex!!

Right now am using the ADSL modem with my BSNL Broadband connection, after flashing the firmware with a D-Link one.
