Default Timelimit Cap on Rapidshare in Unlimited Plan

I am in 1mbps unlimited plan. Since last 10-15 days I am feeling that Reliance has placed timelimit cap on downloading from Rapidshare. My downloading from Rapidshare stops after say 1.30 or 2 hrs, though I can do the surfing, BUT Rapidshare site will not open.

After about 1 hr. gap I can resume downloading, which will be there again for another 1.30 or 2 hrs.

There is nothing wrong with RS at all, as I can continue downloading is I use another ISP.

So I have a strong feeling that Reliance has started throtteling downloading from RS by place this time limit cap.

Does anyone face this problem lately??? Please update

    Dude..
If you are a free user of rapidshare you ll be allowed to download a 100Mb file at a moment that too will depend on availability of the download slot. When you complete 100 MB download you need to wait for some time like 60/90 mins before you start dld again from RS. There is nothing like reliance putting caps on RS.
If u need to solve this problem, simply buy a premium rapidshare account.

You need to wait only 15 minutes now just as newp said.

P.S: Cryptload is one among the many "Rapidshare downloaders" in the internet.

Then this must be a recent change ... I have always faced about 80-90 minutes time limit after downloading a large file of about 100 mb ... I havent downloaded any large file from RS recently..

I think it was implemented around the last 1-3 months. This month I had to download some files from Rapidshare and that was when I found that many things have changed. I can now download at 180-230 kBps from Rapidshare, and therefore a need of Premium Account has never risen for me.

They are trying to keep themselves on the top.

No, the waiting time varied depending upon the size of the file that was last downloaded during the early days.

I have not used a Premium Account yet.

15 min is the wait time for free users.
