wimax is totally unsuitable for gaming.. THe pings are pathetic.. Dont think of playing any game smoothly with wimax pings.. Wired is the best and not doubt u shd have in this

if you play on steam like me go for exatt broadband...I know i sucks but it gives mindblowing ping of 3-10 ms

Also you can try Tata Indicom(I dont know whether it is available in bandra or not)

But never go for MTNL as told to me by my friend...

broadband is the best suited for gaming, though wimax isnt a bad option either, it depends on your needs.

If ur going for broadband I would suggest MTNL or Tata, dont go for reliance!

n if wireless, go for Tata Indicom Photon+, as currently thats the best and gaming is no issues with it.

Wimax sucks for gaming. I mean, its better than the USB thingies.. but I get a ping of 70-100 to a server right here in Mumbai, where I live and I get a ping of 120++ to sg servers.

And the other day I was using ping plotter with a 200packet sample to a server i played on.. and I got a 44% packet loss at various points through the route.
