Rep Power: 2 | wimax is totally unsuitable for gaming.. THe pings are pathetic.. Dont think of playing any game smoothly with wimax pings.. Wired is the best and not doubt u shd have in this |

| Bronze Member | if you play on steam like me go for exatt broadband...I know i sucks but it gives mindblowing ping of 3-10 ms Also you can try Tata Indicom(I dont know whether it is available in bandra or not) But never go for MTNL as told to me by my friend... |

Rep Power: 1 | broadband is the best suited for gaming, though wimax isnt a bad option either, it depends on your needs. If ur going for broadband I would suggest MTNL or Tata, dont go for reliance! n if wireless, go for Tata Indicom Photon+, as currently thats the best and gaming is no issues with it. |

Rep Power: 1 | Wimax sucks for gaming. I mean, its better than the USB thingies.. but I get a ping of 70-100 to a server right here in Mumbai, where I live and I get a ping of 120++ to sg servers. And the other day I was using ping plotter with a 200packet sample to a server i played on.. and I got a 44% packet loss at various points through the route. |
