Thread: Wimax P2P Terrible Connectivity.

Hi Guys,

Sorry the title isn't descriptive enough but I can't figure out any other way to put it.

Ill try and make it simple.

I have a Rel Wimax 400kbps connection in Nerul, Navi Mumbai. My friend has this Rel Wimax 1mbps connection in Breach Candy, Mumbai.

We usually play CSS, Grid, and L4D together.

CSS doesn't apply to this, but when I create a private session in Grid, he cant join with the "unable to connect to session" error. We played Left4Dead last night and I joined the game he created but I had 500-1000 ping. Considering hes a reliance peer, shouldn't I get full speeds to him and low latency? We connect fine to other friends on different internet so its not really a firewall problem or anything. Its just that when one of us hosts a game, the other can't join or theres this uber high ping problem.

Please help.

first of all reliance wimax is not meant for online gaming, u need to have a broadband thru a phone line for a better experiance.

Secondly, call the customer care hope fully they will help resolve the issue, or best write to them
