I requested for cancellation of service on 3rd August 2009, I have received about 5-7calls from retention team till today which is 7th--No news about cancellation. When I called CC of reliance today, they informed me cancellation takes around 15 days time and they informed I need to pay the bill till the cancellation is done
, need a clarity here : Do i need to pay for the service when i already requested for cancellation?? Note: I havent used their service after I requested for cancellation, They also informed theuy will return my advance or so called security deposit only after 60working daz and they are not even sure how much money will be returned to me. When i requested for terms and conditions of cancellation they rudely declined by saying they dont have any written documentation what ever customer care teams states would be taken as terms and conditions
Please let me know whether i can take this to Consumer court/ let me know how to proceed from here.
