    Exclamation Reliance broadnet with Switch

I have a reliance broadnet connection of 400kbps unlimited plan.
I wish to share the connection among my room mates using a LAN switch.
I had heard from my friends that using wifi router is ok.. but switch creates problem.

I don't know what the problem is actually. I request you to please tell me what precautions/steps i need to take to make it work.
Do i need to hide switch's MAC address?
or i need to do something else.

    please advice me accordingly.

I can help you out. Why you bought switch. Its doesn't work.
Buy one additional LAN card about Rs. 100~200 Max. installed it on one PC & take a cross over wire (network cord) & then connect both PCs together. Now go to Local area connection--> Properties---> Advanced. You will see one option Internet connrection sharing. check mark it & you are through.
    Google for more info.
