Thread: Is it possible use ADSL2 netgear router in wimax.

    Default Is it possible use ADSL2 netgear router in wimax.

    I use reliance wimax.
    Is it possible to convert into wifi router if yes then
    should I use netgear router?
    plz help me friend.

    Reliance Wimax.
    presume you use a USB type unit
    ( any details about make /model number )
    and insert it in laptop USB port to get connected.
    If so, wifi mode not possible.
    2.
    In your laptop check
    without the USB unit
    and with existing wlan card ,
    click wifiICON in Taskbar ( if it appears !)
    "Available Wireless Networks "
    Reliance WIMAX Network should appear.
    ( secured or unsecured along with any other wifi networks)

    Then a wifi router can be tried. Not sure.
