Thread: reliance wimax for gaming?

I have shifted to Mira road and i want to know if reliance wimax is good for gaming and downloads. I play mainly play cod4 and also other popular multilayer games.
for wired line i only have Hathway.

Give Ips of your server i will ping them on Wimax

even if ping is fine it may laaag in game.

My Signal strength from BTS





to get good pings your signal should be above 25.

the pings are fluctuating a lot. this will make it laag.
did u have any downloads on while u took this SS.
and our Indian server is hosted at reliance data center so the pings should be more less.

Its normal with Wimax, same pings on my Reliance wire-line are running without any fluctuations!!

If you want to play games then wired is the best
I have MTNL 599 ul and used to play COD4,Cod2 online and the pings are lessthan 190 for European servers.No lags


My Dad has Reliance wireless broadband and the speeds fluctuate a lot and never cross 3mbps,its minimum ping is 250 for European Servers
