Default Reliance Wimax 600kbps unlimited plan

    Hi
I have recently taken Reliance Wimax 600kbps unlimited plan. The person took around 2206/- and said it is included 1 month of subscription charges which is 1500/-. He said I need to pay one more month the same amount and after that it will be 850/-. I need to understand this. If anybody using Wifax and the same plan, pls share your knowledge. Also what is the office site of Reliance wimax.

    Hi,

The 600 KBPS plan is for 1500/- Ex VAT. with VAT and edu. Cess this comes to 1654/-
As you have chosen the monthly option they have charged you one time non-refundable installation charge of 500/- Ex. VAT which again with tax comes to 552/-
    Hope this helps...

2206 includes 1 month advance rental + Rs 500 Installation charges + taxes.
The antenna is powered by an ethernet RJ45 cable which wil go into ur desktop/router.The transmission from Reliance to ur antenna is wireless.

    hope this clarifies.

I want to clarify something here. The antenna gets it's power through an RJ45 cable which is connected to a POE ( Power Over Ethernet ) device & that POE Box needs to be plugged in to your Router. You can Not just plug an RJ45 cable from your Antenna to your Router/Desktop.The POE device has to be there which both supply power to your Antenna & also connects to your Router/Computer.

What connection is that ? I mean which package/plan is that ? Reliance did not give me that lower model to me & i MUST use a POE device to power the antenna.

As far as i know , only BSNL provides indoor antenna/CPE which does not require a POE.

How are your Reliance Antenna is getting power if there is no POE ?

Default Please do not buy Reliance Wimax

One of my friend suggested me Relaince wimax. I have called to it center in vadodara made a deal of 1MBPS of wimax. I was bit urgent to install it and Max time periods i was having was one week. but after fixing a deal and given cash of Rs. 2650 all things has been changed drastically.
Even after 10 days nothing has happened and there was no installation process take place. I had tried to called reliance guys but for next 3 to 4 days they ware just receiving a phone and was telling me that it will be done by tomorrow. As i was having urgency I keep calling them even after 3 or 4 days but now no body ware there to picking up my call.
I even dont know where to register a complain for the same. I rushed to nearer reliance office where that executive sit and explain me the Reliance wimax but after reaching that office there is no one whom i can contact to and the manager of that office told me that this office is for Reliance Communication and not for wimax. eventually I made a call from office to that Wimax guy and cancelled my connection.

No I am suffering to get my money back. even after 3 months they are showing me date 1 and 15 every months.

Please do not buy any Reliance product. it is wrost in the world and no service at all. Go for it only when you are mawali kind of person and you have ample of time for abusing and fight particular in Gujarat reason.
