Thread: Reliance WiMax - Two Thumbs Up.

I have been facing problem with reliance wimax for past 2 months..
their engineer even demanded 'extra charges' for better service. (else probably he visits max once in a month).
even after meeting nodal officer was useless, the engineer admits there is problem in their tower which he does not bother to fix... (probably until I start paying him EXTRA charges)
so if you think you can fix any issue yourself or are ready to pay the engineer extra charges.. you may go for reliance wimax.

I am using Reliance WiMax since more than 1 year & there was only a single problem once & that too was rectified within 24 hours after registering a complaint to their toll free number.Rel WiMax rocks for me.You must be damn unlucky.They never asked me to pay anything as their service charges.Try complaining to their Toll Free Number.

yep I've logged a complaint.
your engineer must be good. but it is not reliable to assign whole western region to a single engineer.. there should be more engineers..
